A collaboration with The Factory to create a custom-pastry based on the artwork "Ni Cô (A nun)" by the late artist on the Điềm Phùng Thị.
Our intention is to respect the original materials and forms, to surprise audiences with particular taste and craft. This cake is reinterpreted into 2 main parts with a "wooden" body in dark chocolate, hand brushed to mimic aged wood textures, and a marble blue chocolate bonbon with copper and gold powder to create depth and color variation as found in the original sphere head.
