Over ten years, Bakes continues to create new flavors and designs while keeping our philosophy: as natural as possible, as little sugar as possible, as little waste as possible. No artificial flavoring, no preservatives, and beautifully designed inside out.
Founded by husband and wife team Laure Chevallier and Tuan Le. And run by a passionate team. Head R&D Chef Sophie Macqueron's background includes Blue by Alain Ducasse, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Bangkok, and Quince, a Michelin Selected restaurant in Saigon. The baking team trained through IECD, the French culinary institute in Vietnam.
Bakes offer cakes for all occasions (birthday cakes, anniversary cakes, graduation cakes, small wedding cakes, baby shower cakes, mooncakes, Tết gift boxes, and corporate gifts) on our website, apps, ecommerce platforms, and physical stores: Thảo Điền, Hồ Con Rùa, Phú Mỹ Hưng, and Hàm Nghi.
