Inspired by childhood treats: Banh Trang Tron, Taro Banh Cam, Coconut Pandan, Yuzu Egg Lava, Seafood Mixed Nut With XO Sauce, Vegan Mixed Nut:
- Banh Trang Tron: A bold mix of dried beef, shredded dried pork, pork sausage, crispy pork skin, Vietnamese coriander, scallions, garlic, and dried mango—all wrapped around a rich salted egg floss sauce at the center.
- Taro Banh Cam: Smooth taro filling layered with crunchy sesame candy, wrapped around a rich mung bean core and candied ginger. At the center, a bold praline sauce made with white sesame and cashews.
- Coconut Pandan: Silky pandan filling layered with tender young coconut jam, wrapped around a creamy coconut milk and peanut center. At the heart is a rich coconut caramel sauce—instantly bringing back memories of Bến Tre coconut candy from childhood.
- Yuzu Egg Lava: Smooth and creamy custard filling made with yuzu kumquat and lotus seeds, lightly infused with citrus zest. At the center is a rich, savory salted egg lava sauce.
- Seafood Mixed Nut With XO Sauce: A filling of mixed nuts blended with dried fruits, dried shrimp, scallops, and seafood sausage, all infused with XO sauce.
At the center lies a full, glistening salted egg yolk. - Vegan Mixed Nut: A filling of mixed nuts layered with dried fruits and shredded mushroom floss. A fully plant-based twist on the traditional classic.
Our pastries are handmade daily by a team of passionate French-trained bakers using the best ingredients, from local (organic when we can) fruits, French butter, Belgium chocolate, and are free of food coloring and chemicals.
