For In-Store Customers
Upon completing your first transaction at Bakes, our staff will assist you in registering your membership account using your phone number.
For Online Customers
When placing your first order on the Bakes website, your membership account will be automatically created based on your ordering phone number. Once registered, you will officially become a Neighbor member of the Bakes Club.
Membership Identification & Security
To secure your personal information and guarantee your loyalty benefits, Bakes Membership perks are strictly applicable only when using your registered primary phone number. If there are signs of using someone else's phone number, our store staff reserves the right to request verification with the account owner before applying any discounts or rewards.

When shopping in-store or ordering online at Bakes, membership rewards are accumulated based on your total order value.

Accumulated points can be used for membership tier upgrades or to redeem exclusive rewards from Bakes.
FAQs
Orders placed through third-party applications are not eligible for point accumulation.
Orders with special promotions or custom corporate discounts (B2B) are excluded from the points program.
Points will be credited directly to the membership account provided at the time of checkout. Please note that we cannot support retroactively adding points (back-dated points) once the transaction is complete.

You can choose to redeem your membership points on the Bakes Zalo OA and pick up your reward in-store.
Your membership tier and accumulated points have no expiration date. Once you achieve a specific tier, you will maintain that status forever. However, accumulated points are non-transferable and cannot be combined across different accounts.
When you are upgraded to the next membership tier, a notification will be automatically sent to you via email and Zalo OA.
