Oui! Bakes co-founders Laure Chevallier and Tuan Le are French and Vietnamese-American, respectively. Our Executive Pastry Chef Brian Gartner is French and has worked in the Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton, and pastry operations around the world. The baking team comes from IECD, a French pastry academy. Our operations team are women-led and LGBTQI+ friendly. Our investors include Phuong Anh Nguyen.

We do have some gluten-free and vegetarian pastries. You can find the details in the product description. If you see a birthday cake you like and would like to request it gluten-free, just let us know!

We offer some customization options with handmade fondants. Chat with us and send us the reference of your birthday cake and we'll take it from there. 

Our pastries are handmade daily using fresh ingredients and 0 preservatives. They tastes best when eaten on the same day, though you can keep them for up to 3 days. Our pastries and birthday cakes should be kept in the fridge while baked goods should stay at room temperature.

Most products are available now or within 3 hours at most. If the product is not available our team will inform you and offer you solutions.

Yes! You can pre-order up to 1 month in advance. Just select the day and time you wish to receive your cakes.

Yes! We offer deliveries to your loved ones’ house. We'll take care of the delivery, the handwritten notes and make sure they’re home to receive it. We'll inform you once it’s been delivered.

We offer free handwritten notes, cake toppers and a candle for birthday cakes. For individual pastries it comes with an extra cost. 

We deliver in Ho Chi Minh City. We might ask you to come and pick in store if you live too far away and the pastry you selected is a little fragile. The shipping fee will be added at the checkout once you select the district you live in.

You'll be given different payment options at the checkout. You can pay cash on delivery, bank transfer to our local bank account, or if you are abroad you can pay via PayPal or cryptocurrency. 

Our customer service team will contact you (during our working hours) within 30 minutes to confirm your order. We'll confirm the delivery day and time with you and remind you before shipping.
