A moist, buttery mandarin cake layered with slow-simmered mandarin compote made from hand-segmented fruit, a light Earl Grey cream, and a clear, refreshing mandarin jelly on top. When enjoyed in one full bite, the flavors unfold in sequence: soft – moist – smooth; bright – fresh – gently bitter, then settling into warmth.

Our pastries are handmade daily by a team of passionate French-trained bakers using the best ingredients, from local (organic when we can) fruits, French butter, Belgium chocolate, and are free of food coloring and chemicals.
Bánh sinh nhật của Bakes được làm từ nguyên liệu tươi, không chất bảo quản, ngon nhất khi dùng trong ngày. Nếu chưa dùng hết, bạn có thể bảo quản thêm 2–3 ngày (xem hạn sử dụng in dưới đế bánh).
Bánh được giao kèm túi đá lạnh, có thể để ngoài tối đa 40 phút trong quá trình vận chuyển. Khi nhận được, luôn bảo quản trong ngăn mát tủ lạnh ở nhiệt độ 3–5°C, giữ nguyên trong hộp để bánh không bị ám mùi từ thực phẩm khác.
