A poetic strawberry garden with fresh fruity and light flavors. Our Bakes creative take on a no-bake cheesecake with layers of strawberry marmalade, red velvet cake and salted jelly.
Eat all layers in one bite for an explosion of flavors and textures: soft, creamy, crunchy; sour, sweet, salty, buttery.
- Inside: Cream cheese & yogurt mousse, salted plum tea jelly, strawberry marmalade (chunky), red velvet cake, buttery biscuit base.
- Outside: Raspberry jelly belt.
- Top: strawberry-shaped salted plum tea jelly, ladybug bonbon filled with strawberry jam, chocolate leaf, chocolate ladybug.
