Our pastries are made using local fresh fruits carefully selected from farmers like Orlar for organic strawberries and edible flowers. No preservatives.
We are mindful of our packaging and go for eco-friendly solutions whenever we can like this cassava bio-degradable bag.
We bake 14 hours a day (2 shifts), 7 days a week in our central kitchen, located in District 2. This is also where we research new creations!
