🍽 SHELF LIFE
Our ice cream cakes are made from fresh ingredients with 0 preservatives. They should be enjoyed within 1 month from production date (see production date below our cake board).
❄️ STORAGE
Always keep our ice cream cakes in the freezer around -18°C inside its box to avoid taking on odors from other ingredients. The big ice cream cake can stay in the fridge for up to 1hour and should be eaten straight away after that. The small ice cream cake would only last 10 minutes in the fridge. Avoid refreezing the ice cream if it has melted because of high risks of food poisoning.
🛵 DELIVERY
Up to 16km with frozen ice packs (45mn motorbike/car).

1 Bếp trưởng (Sophie Macqueron), 25 thợ bánh, làm việc 2 ca mỗi ngày, 14 tiếng/ngày, 7 ngày/tuần. Tất cả được thực hiện ngay tại xưởng 1000m² của Bakes ở khu Thảo Điền, TP.HCM.
