Bakes believes pastry should be like love: exciting, thoughtful, and honest.
Since 2015, we have been constantly developing new pastry flavors, designs, and experiences to keep guests guessing. Our creativity doesn't stop at pastries. We find thoughtful ways to design packaging so you can gift it, or use it as a plate, and other ways to make your life easier. All the while using only natural ingredients and absolutely no preservatives.
Bakes is founded in 2015 by Laure Chevallier, a French hospitality entrepreneur and Tuan Le, a Vietnamese-American Creative Director.
Our Executive Pastry Chef is Brian Gartner, from Four Seasons and Ritz-Calrton. The baking team comes from IECD, a French baking academy. Our operations team are women-led and LGBTQI+ friendly.
1 Executive Pastry Chef (Brian Gartner), 25 passionate bakers baking 14 hours a day (2 shifts!), 7 days a week for fresh baked goods daily. We bake right in our 1000m2 flagship in Thao Dien neighborhood in Ho Chi Minh City.
You're the face of Bakes and our customer's first interaction. You will represent the brand and assist our customers to find the perfect product and have a good time at Bakes.
You're responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of drinks, from coffee, smoothies, to iced teas, using homemade ingredients that we handmade daily.
You're responsible for preparing our daily pastries with a team of hard-working and meticulous bakers taking pride in what you do and the quality of our products.
We’re always looking to connect with energetic and compassionate waitstaff, kitchen, bar, bakers, front house, and head office operation talents.
